My interests are very wide. They include photography (though I dont own a camera yet!), collecting (and sometimes forwarding) inspiring quotations, collecting coins of different nations, travelling places, and of course science!! Well, if you can count chatting, sleeping, eating, idling as interests, then they are on my list too!! I browse the net a lot...for no reason at all and end up with some interesting (??) information...I think I have a knack for search keywords in google!
I seemed to have developed a sort of interest for water sports...though I have been only on canoeing (one in a river and another in sea). Water surfing, para sailing, are on the lists to be experienced!! Swimming was my hobby for some time.
I have reading habit. I have a craze for Sandilyan novels (Tamil
historic novels). Kalki's writings impress me a lot. English...I love science
fiction stories...especially Robin Cook and Michael Crichton. Harry Potter

I had good writing skills, stories and essays, both in English and Tamil,during my school days (I have won prizes at school and represented the school at district levels!) . But I did not bother to stretch my writing muscles after that and atrophy seems to have set in!!I used to draw and paint during school days. As far as I remember, my artistic skills had been in the waxing phase in my school days, after which it began to wane. I should, indeed, thank our art master Mr. Ravichandran who had instilled in us the ability to draw and paint. He was one nice man who, with patience, taught and made us realise that great things can be achieved only with hours of hardwork. After a long break, I am now inspired by one of my friends to enter into this world again. I started off with an easier path towards this world...painting by numbers , foil engraving and papyrus craft. Below are some of my works:
